Using Markers

A marker is a visual cue that you can apply on your timeline.  You may insert markers to locate and remember a certain event in the Video or Audio tracks.  To create a marker at a certain point in the timeline, simply bring the slider to that exact location and choose Tools > Add Marker. You may add as many markers as you like to your timeline.  To remove a marker, select the marker and choose Tools > Remove Marker.  The Add and Remove Marker buttons from the Timeline controls at the top left corner of the Timeline can also be used.

Markers can be repositioned after they are added to the timeline.  Just grab the marker by its handle and slide it to its new position.  The first marker is always present in the timeline and cannot be removed.  All markers added after the first marker can be removed.
