Very confused since your website (unless I overlooked) does not list what IP cameras are compatible with your software and what format is needed.

We will add a list of supported cameras to our web site.

Security Monitor Pro supports almost all USB and FireWire webcams. We recently published an article "Selecting a Security Camera" which lists all supported IP (network) cameras.

New camera models are added often. If you have a camera that is not listed, and you would like to use it with DeskShare software, please contact us.
