Hello,
I am a new customer, and have embedded my videos into my web pages. Everything seems to work fine, except when I close my browser I get a script error pop up which then freezes. I cannot close the pop up or the web page.
This seems to be worse on my computer running Vista than my computer with XP.
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for reporting this problem.
We try to keep up with the latest releases of the Flash Player and of web browsers. The newest Flash Player introduced a change which was causing the error that you mention. We have modified the HTML code produced by Video Desk. It should work fine now using the updated HTML code generated by Video Desk.
You will need to generate new Embed Code and paste it into your web site to eliminate the problem.
