Keeping the aspect ratio when converting MOV to WMV

I'm trying to convert a .mov to a .wmv. I think I''ve tried all of the available formats. The aspect ratio of the converted video is getting changed - it always appears taller than it should with everything is slightly stretched vertically.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

Add your MOV file to Digital Media Converter, click 'Select Format' and click 'Configure' next to the profile 'WMV for Desktop Viewing'.

From the list, choose a profile where the output size is 'Same as Input' or one that matches the dimensions of your original file. This should prevent your video from getting stretched during conversion.
