Data transfer limit in free account

I was wondering about the data transfer allocation limit. Is that accumulative, or does it ever reset itself? Like, does it ever go back to zero??

The free account is a trial account. Data transfer is cumulative in the free account. It does not reset. In the paid account it reset every month.
