Rank: Administration Joined: 2/27/2004(UTC) Posts: 1,824 Was thanked: 41 time(s) in 34 post(s)		Use the "Text/Title Effect" to write text over video. You will find the "Text/Title Effect" under the Video Effects tab. Drag and drop it to the Effects track in the timeline.
