During playback, I experience shifts in the audio, the video comes before the audio. I tried the system method for synchronization, and changing it myself, but it doesn't seem to work. I am trying to record a flash file (.swf) at:

PCM compression
22.05kHz, mono, 8-bit
29 fps (for TV)
50 key frame rate
Hardware acceleration off

The system method was used in an older version of My Screen Recorder. Please download and install the latest version of My Screen Recorder from:

The new version automatically compensates for many synchronization problems. If you are still facing synchronization problems then you can try reducing the frame rate to 15 frames/second or less.
