Overlay on Snaps?

Is it possbile to use transparent overlays with WebCam Monitor?

WebCam Monitor can overlay date and time on video recordings and snaps. To enable this feature, point to the Tools menu and click Options. Under the General tab, select Add a Stamp on Video Recordings and Snaps option.

Unfortunately, the current version of WebCam Monitor cannot overlay images on videos and snaps.
