MPJ is not a video made by Video Edit Magic. It is a project file saved by Video Edit Magic. Project files are saved sessions that can be later opened for future editing. Project file contains only references to all the different video, audio and image files on the timeline.

If you want to create a video, you need to render a project. Rendering is the process of making a movie from the opened project.

To render your project:

1. On the File menu, click Open Project.
2. Browse for the saved MPJ (project file) and click Open.
3. After the project is opened, point to the File menu and click Make Movie to render the project.
4. Select from the many available formats and follow the on-screen instructions to make a playable media file.
