How to fix scratchy audio?

I have been trying to convert files from my Win TV application to AVI. The audio is scratchy. The files play file in WIN TV. Do you have any suggestions?

If the source audio is scratchy then the converted audio will also be scratchy. However, if the source video is fine then you can increase the audio frequency setting from the AVI Properties tab of the Settings dialog box. By increasing the audio frequency, the conversion will not lose audio quality.

The audio frequency setting for AVI is available in the latest version of Digital Media Converter. Please download and install the latest version from:
