When deciding the profile for streaming, can you suggest a profile? My current speed is 463.30kbps, which means I can download at 57.91 KB/sec from PlusNet servers.

Select a profile that has a bit-rate less than the internet connection speed available to your viewers. If you are getting an effective speed of 463.30Kbps then select any profile with bit-rate lower than this speed.

We suggest that you test with 56Kbps, 128Kbps and 256Kbps profiles and see what works best for you. You can also choose to stream only video (without audio) to increase throughput.

In general, for viewers with dial-up connections use a profile with bit-rate up to 28Kbps or 56Kbps. For broadband viewers, select a profile between 56 to 256Kbps.
