I would like to download video from my Digital Handicam through the firewire port, convert the video to DVD, and burn it to a CD burner. I would like to have the target file to be in the broadcast quality that my camera can deliver.

The conversion step is not working with the Digital Media Converter. When I try playing the CD in my DVD player, it plays for a few seconds, stops for 10 seconds, then plays the next few seconds, and so on so forth.

Is this because I am using the Trial Version?

Thank you,

When you convert the file to DVD format, make sure that you burn the file to a DVD. This will allow you to play the Video with your DVD player. Similarly, if you want to burn a file on to your CD then convert it to VCD format before burning.

The trial version is a fully functional version and only limited by the tag it adds to the converted videos.
