Auto Movie Creator has the 'green screen' feature.

Here are brief instructions to use it:
1. Add your videos to the storyboard. Your regular video should be on the left, and your 'green screen' on the right.
2. Select 'Transitions' on the toolbar
3. Add the 'Chroma Key Color' transition in between the videos on the storyboard.
