A red border around objects in my recordings

Recently I am getting red "ghosts" on my videos. This appears to happen when there is movement. What would cause this and how do I remedy it?

Security Monitor Pro has an option to 'Highlight Motion Change'. You have turned this on in the settings.

To turn it off, edit your camera settings, in the Alerts section, click Motion Settings and de-select the box for 'Highlight Motion Change'.
