The standard Quicktime player on an Apple Macintosh cannot play .wmv files created by My Screen Recorder Pro. Can you recommend an Apple application that can play these files? Thanks.

You can download Windows Media Player for the Mac. This will play the wmv screen recordings created by My Screen Recorder Pro. Here is a link to the Windows Media Player download:

Alternatively, you can also choose to record using the MP4 format, this file type will play directly in the Apple Quicktime Player. To change the recording type, click Tools >> Settings >> Format and select the MP4 profile.
