A good bullet style camera with infrared night vision?

I found a reasonable priced outfit who use
Sony Image Sensors in their own manufactured products with
an "off brand" name.

Please have a look at a model I would wish to utilize with an 8-Cam
Set-Up, the product is named 190NHWX bullet camera. It uses a RCA
connector and has infrared leds for night vision, is this compatible
with your software?

Thank you very much for your time, I do intend to purchase a
copy of Security Monitor Pro - just researching this more
first so I know where I'm going with the cameras!

Security Monitor Pro supports USB and IP cameras. If you are purchasing new camera's, I suggest selecting an IP camera. Some good brands are Asante, Vivotek, Axis, and Trendnet. For a bullet type camera with infrared night vision, the Vivotek 8332 works well.
