How to change the pronunciation of a phrase when it is read aloud?

I would like to read out loud the words 'transaction number'

I have the professional AT&T voice Reiner, but the emphasis is incorrect. It is being pronounced with a long a: 'Traansaction number.'

How can I change that?

You can control the pronunciation of a word in Text Speaker using the Phoneme editor. See this page on adjusting pronunciations.

The Phoneme editor is a handy way to tune the pronunciation of a specific word such as a company or product name or a phrase that may be specific to an industry.
