Raising the volume of Sony Handycam videos converted to WMV format

I am trying to convert Sony handycam videos into WMV format. The audio seems to be of much lower volume in the converted format. How do I fix this problem?

Use the effects in Digital Media Converter Pro to raise the volume of your converted video.
