Good afternoon.

During capture I sometimes have a problem with auto-save file. I get the error: Insufficient disk space to save file.

I have checked my computer -
1. The security settings are inherited from the root directory.
2. UAC is disabled.
3. My Screen Recorder runs with administrator privileges.
4. We specify another folder to save, copy this file to the same location where the program was to save - all ok.
5. Free hard disk space above 15 GB.

The duration of the saved file is not more than an hour in the format WMV. Profile "Very High Resolution". During tests with short videos this error doesn't occur - only happens with 1 hour or longer videos.

Please help!

During recording My Screen Recorder Pro uses space in a temporary folder.

It sounds like you may be low on disk space on your temporary drive. Change the temporary recording folder by clicking Tools >> Settings >> General. Under the Temporary Working Folder heading choose a drive and folder with adequate space.
