I love this program.
How to make my editing video go slower in some parts and then again in normal speed?

You can easily speed up and slow down the video at any point. Decide on which points you want to speed up or keep normal. Then, split the video on those points using the Split tool.
After splitting, stretch the video you want to slow down. By stretching, you are expanding the duration of the video, which makes the video play slower.
