With the Foscam F18918W I was able to connect the camera easily. This camera pans and tilts but I do not see the controls for this in your program. Am I missing something or is not supported?

Security Monitor Pro
has Pan/Tilt support for the FI8918W.
After adding your camera, click on the preview window once or hover your mouse over the preview. The pan/tilt controls will appear. Clicking again or moving your mouse away will hide the pan and tilt controls.
