I always get a "No drop" mouse pointer (black circle with a bar) whenever I try to import two different file types. Sometimes I get this with only one file imported. When the cursor turns into that, I can do nothing else except to continue to move the cursor around with the mouse but no functions at all can be performed.

This may happen on slower PCs when you try to drag a media file from the Collections window to the Timeline when Video Edit Magic is opening files.

When the mouse pointer changes to the "No drop" icon, simply press the Esc key.

To add a file to the Timeline, you can also right-click the media file and select 'Add to Timeline'.
