Convertng .mov to another format

I'm trying to extract the audio from some .mov files, but every time I try any of the files I have, I get "Aborted. Try another MOV compressor."

Please make sure that you are using QuickTime Player 7. You only need to install the free version of QuickTime Player from:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

You may also need to update your copy of Digital Media Converter. To download and install the latest version, visit:
