Can I write text on my movie

Hello all, i wana know if it's possible to write something on your movie, like if it have no sound and i wana put some text. Or else if there is a programe that can do it. Thanks

In Video Edit Magic, you can add Text to a movie using the Text Effect feature. First, drag and drop the movie to the Timeline. Then, from under the Video Effects tab in the Collections window, add the Text/Title Effect to the Effect track of the Timeline.
