Trimming a video

I want to trim the first few seconds of one of my video. How can I do it in Video Edit Magic?

To trim a portion of a track:
1.Select the portion to trim by using the Selection Sliders. To bring up the selection sliders, press the F5 shortcut key. You can also bring them up by clicking Selection Sliders on the View menu.
2.To trim the selected portion press the Del key or choose Delete from the Edit menu.
