Transparent background with Picture-in-Picture

I have my main video in video1 and spinning logo video in video2. I can add picture in picture to get the logo in the bottom right but the logo's avi background (white) is not transparent and blocks video1. Is it possible to add a picture in picture and a key colour transition at the same time?

You will have to use the Animated Transform effect with the Key Color transition to make the background transparent.
