Creating twin effect

Saw a video someone created where they duplicated their image to make it look as if they were twins in the same room. One was sitting down and the other standing having a conversation with each other. Can this be done with video edit magic, and if so, how?

To create a twin effect, you must start with two videos. A base video of the person and a video of the same person that you will overlay over the base video. You must shoot the second video with a uniform green or blue screen. During editing, you can use the Chroma Key transition to make the green or blue colors of the video transparent to that the base video shows through.
