Hello. Recently, for no reason that I can see, My Screen Recorder started freezing whenever I try to do anything. It freezes when I click on certain shortcuts in the shortcut area on the left, and right after recording a video... and just stays frozen for about 2 minutes, until it magically comes back to life.

Any ideas? I'm running triple monitors w' 2 video cards (WinXP, nVidia 8-series video & 5-series video, AMD Athlon X2 CPU), and desperately need this working. (using v2.48)

Thanks!

Hello Dario,

I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of My Screen Recorder, which you can download here.

Because the pauses happen only when you are trying to list or save files, it sounds as if it may be related to your hard disk. I would also suggest that you error-check the drive thoroughly. In Windows XP or Vista, right-click on the drive's icon in the Windows Explorer, and select Properties. Switch to the Tools tab and select Check Now.
