Zoom in on specific area

I want to zoom in a specific area of my video file (*.wmv) during its playing. I want to zoom in the video at specific time and zoom out back to the whole image. Could you give me some advice? Thanks a lot!

You can easily do this using the Pan and Zoom effect.
