			<description><![CDATA[Yes, Administrators can backup their ProjectDesk data including information relating to projects, tasks, discussions and contacts. Users and Secondary Administrators cannot create backups. 

To create and download a backup:

1. Go to the home page, by clicking on the `Home' link.
2. Select the `Click here to download a backup of your data' link. This is present in the lower left corner of the home page. 
3. Select the Download button corresponding to the information you wish to download. 
4. In the File download message box, click on Save and specify the location where you want to save the backup. 

The backup file is created in the CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, which is recognized by most database applications including MS Excel
