Hi, I have a Conexant 4 port capture card with four cameras attached. I tried your trial software a few weeks ago. I can see ONE camera, but the others are not recognized. How do I get your software to recognize my cameras?

Help please,
Thanks

Security Monitor Pro does not support multi-port capture cards. Only the first port is detected, so only one camera will be recognized.

To use multiple CCTV cameras with Security Monitor Pro, we recommend using a multi-port video encoder such as the Axis 241Q (http://www.axis.com/products/cam_241q/). This device is fully supported in our software. Using this device, you can add 4 cameras to Security Monitor Pro.
