The files are .avi, and I didn't have any problems converting the avi files to mpeg using Digital Media Converter, however, I only have NeroSmart as a DVD burning device on my computer, and it doesn't support mpg files. The files have to be ifo, vob or bup files. I noticed that Digital Media Converter doesn't have any of those as output formats, only input. I'm very new to this, but I want to learn about it and buy the most ideal program for my needs.</td></tr></table>2006-08-11T16:28:03-04:002006-08-11T16:28:03-04:00msimcox<table class="content postContainer" width="100%"><tr><td>I downloaded the trial version, and I'm trying to decide which product to buy so that I can burn DVDs that show the short movies (from my still digital camera).
