I have allowed port forwarding on 4112 and have changed under options on Webcam Monitor 4.1 to the same port. If I am using the router's internet at type: 192.168.1.47:4112 it works. But at home when I type the public ip mms://71.23.**.***:4112 it does not work. I have a static IP as well.
