Auto FTP Manager 5.01

Auto FTP Manager: What is a Profile?

What is a Profile?

A profile is created for every FTP site that you want to manage.  A profile must be created before carrying out any operation with Auto FTP Manager.

A profile is where Auto FTP Manager stores information such as:

  1. Connection details like FTP Server Name, User Name and Password.
  2. The two folders between which files are transferred.  The folders could be on your PC, on a networked drive or on an FTP Server.
  3. Files or types of files to be included or excluded during transfer.

There are 3 types of profiles: Automated Transfer Profiles, Quick Connect Profiles and Scheduled Profiles.
