QuickTime Support
The installation of QuickTime Player is required to convert from MOV to any supported format. QuickTime Player's can be found here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download.
Minimum System Requirements For DVR-MS Support

To convert Media Center PC digital recorded files (.dvr-ms) Windows XP SP2 or Vista system is needed. To find out which Service Pack of Windows XP is currently installed on your PC: On the Start menu, click Run and then Enter "winver". DVR-MS recorded files contain MPEG-2 video and audio streams and requires a Windows XP-compatible MPEG-2 decoder to be installed. DeskShare hosts a "Free MPEG-2 Decoder" that can be downloaded and installed from: http://www.deskshare.com/download/mpeg2decoder.exe.
Sony-PSP MP4 Support
To convert to MPEG-4 (Sony-PSP) or to MPEG-4 (iPod) download and install the PSP toolKit from http://www.deskshare.com\download\psptoolkit.exe
