Adding Files for Conversion

To add one or more files to the conversion list:

1. On the File menu click Add Files, or click the toolbar button labeled Add Media.
2. Browse to the folder where the files you want to convert are located and select one or more files.
3. Click Open.

Digital Media Converter Pro will start adding the files one by one. 

You can also add files to the list by dragging them from a Windows Explorer window using the mouse and dropping them into the list.

Once files are added, the Add File Summary appears:

If Digital Media Converter Pro fails to add a file then a message giving information on why the file did not get added will be provided. This message will also give you instructions on what you need to do so that Digital Media Converter Pro can convert the file. Refer to Having Trouble Including Files For Conversion for more details.

From the Add File Summary you can Add More Files, Select Format to convert into, or Convert the files immediately.

NOTE: If you Select Format or Convert here, this command affects all the files in the list, not just the one(s) you just added.
