Windows which are transparent or semi-transparent are called "Translucent Windows". The most commonly seen translucent windows are Notifications, displayed by programs that are in the Windows System Tray. By default, capturing translucent windows is turned on. However, items like Notifications and the Office Assistant may not be significant to the function you are illustrating with your screen recording.

To turn on capturing of translucent windows, if it is turned off:

Click on Tools >> Settings >> Recording.

You can check the Capture translucent windows option.

Note: If the Capture translucent windows is selected the mouse might blink while recording is in progress. The mouse will not blink in the recorded video.
