Searching and Copying your Screen Recordings
Searching Screen Recordings
To search for a screen recording in a Folder Shortcut:
Select the Folder Shortcut to search. On the File menu, click File Search. Enter a few characters of the screen recording's file name. As soon as the first character is typed, the search begins for the file. Optionally, you can choose to limit your search by Date, Size, and File Type. Select the desired screen recording from the search results. Click OK to select it from the Files list.
Copying Screen Recordings
To copy or move one or more screen recordings to the clipboard:
Select the Folder Shortcut to copy or move the screen recordings. Select one or more files from the Files list. On the Edit menu, click Copy or Cut to move the file(s).
Select the Folder Shortcut where you want to paste the files. On the Edit menu, click Paste. You can also paste the file(s) into a folder in the Windows Explorer.
To copy or move one or more screen recordings to another folder on your PC:
Select the Folder Shortcut from where you want to copy or move the screen recordings. Select one or more files from the Files list. On the Edit menu, click Copy To Folder or Move To Folder to move the files. Navigate to the folder on your PC where you want the file copied or moved. Click OK.
