Capture Mouse Cursor while Recording

To capture the mouse cursor while recording:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Settings.
  2. Select the Effects tab.
  3. Check the option Capture mouse cursor while recording.

    To customize the mouse cursor in the screen recording:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Settings.
  2. Select the Effects tab.
  3. Click the Mouse Image button.
  4. To select from built-in mouse cursors, select Display custom cursor, then choose a cursor from the drop-down list.
  5. To use a custom icon as a mouse cursor, select Display custom cursor icon from file and click Browse. My Screen Recorder Pro will show the contents of a .ICO or .CUR file instead of the Windows mouse cursor. The appearance of the mouse cursor on the screen during recording does not change, only the way it looks in the recordings.

You can also add effects to the mouse cursor and mouse clicks in the screen recording. To add mouse effects in the screen recording:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Settings.
  2. Select the Effects tab.
  3. Click Mouse Effects.
  4. To highlight cursor movements, check the option Enable highlighting mouse movements.
  5. Select the highlight shape and highlight size.
  6. Click the Color button to select the color of the highlight.
  7. To highlight left button clicks, check the option Enable highlighting left button clicks.
  8. Select the highlight shape and highlight size.
  9. To enable highlight of right button clicks, check the option Enable highlighting of right button clicks.
  10. Select the highlight shape and highlight size.

You can even enable or disable mouse effects while recording is going on
