Project Status

A project status can be classified into four types:

Active Project: An on-going project is termed as Active.  There are one or more tasks remaining in the project that needs to be completed.  The status of an active project can be changed to On Hold or Completed.

Proposed Project: A future project is marked as Proposed.  This project can only be viewed by the Admin, Secondary Administrator and Project Manager.  User can be added, deleted or the rights of the user can be updated in the proposed project.  Similarly, tasks can be added, edited or deleted.  Proposed project can become Active, On Hold or Completed.

On Hold Project: All the tasks in an On Hold project are either partially completed or have to be put on-hold for some reason.  Users can be added, deleted as well as the permissions of the user can get updated in the on-hold project.  Similarly, tasks can be added, edited or deleted in it.  An On Hold project can be made Active or Completed.

Completed Project: A project having all the tasks marked complete.  Completed project can be made active only when a new task which needs to be completed is added to the project.
