Video Caster: Capturing Snaps

Capturing Snaps

To capture snaps from the currently selected capture device, point to the Tools menu in the Capture dialog (that opens when you click on the Capture Video from Your Camera and Publish option on the main application window) and click Take Snap.  You can also use the F9 shortcut key or click the Take Snap toolbar button.

The capture tool saves all snaps as Bitmaps in the specified Capture To folder.  Like capture file names, the tool also sequences snap file names by appending numbers if the file by the same name already exists.
