Making projects visible to selected employees

Is it possible to secure in some way certain projects so they are viewed only by certain people? Bottom line: to make projects available to certain employees on a need-to-know basis.

Administrators and secondary administrators can see all projects. A regular user can only see projects that they belong to as team members.

You can manage project membership's from the "Manage User" screen. If you go to the Project tab and select "Manage Users". You can select any user and manage the project level membership properties.
