While cropping an mpeg clip, I set the red sliders to the start and end of the part I want to keep. I then crop and pack the timeline, and everything seems OK when I play the clip. When I make movie it starts a few seconds into the clip. When I check the clip afterwards it is still OK but the movie always starts a few seconds into the clip. It doesn't do this with all clips, only some of them.
I also have the same problem when just setting the sliders and then making the movie without cropping.

Any help?

The video clips that are not cropping correctly are probably not indexed. To create an indexed version, click Tools >> Media Converter and convert the files to AVI format. Cropping the newly-created files will work correctly.
