Email Responder: What's New?

What's New in Email Responder 1.2

  1. Templates Assigned To Products:  Templates can now be limited to appearingly only when appropriate, simplifying template selection for users.
  2. Template Suggestions:  Email Responder now suggests specific templates when replying to each message, based on keywords present in the message being answered.
  3. Reports:  Several additional reports are now available.

What's New in Email Responder 1.1

  1. Contact Library:  All customer information delivered to the Email Responder is merged into a single master Contact List.
  2. Spam Blocking:  Block messages from spam-sending domains using wildcards.

What's New in Email Responder 1.0

  1. Template Library:  Reponses to common questions can be saved in a Template Library, and then sent to customers simply selecting them from a list.
  2. Smart Fields:  Commonly-used information like product names, the customer's name, and URLs for products can be automatically entered into a message (either from a Template or newly-typed) using Smart Fields.
  3. Automatic Assignment:  When a message is delivered to the Email Responder, it can be automatically assigned to a person or group using Smart Rules.
  4. Automated Signatures:  When a reply is composed, a signature is added automatically based on the email account the original message was sent to.
  5. Order History:  a complete history of all correspondence with a customer is one click away.
