Can I save the screen recording directly to a CD?

Can I save directly to a cd or do I have to save in a file and then burn to a cd?

The screen recording must be saved to a file on the hard drive before burning a CD. My Screen Recorder does not automatically burn a CD. You will have to use separate authoring software to create a CD.
