Sending email alert notifications through Hotmail

I am using windows 7 x64 and and getting an error when sending email. I have disabled my firewall and I am still not able to send my mail through hotmail.com.

Here is the log printout when I perform a 'test' send:

Connecting to mail server.
Remote host connection complete. [0, OK]
Connected.

Can you please help me send my alerts?

Hotmail requires SSL security for sending email.

WebCam Monitor can send your email through your local ISP or you can use Yahoo to send your email as explained in this forum post.

Security Monitor Pro is able to send secure email using Hotmail.com, Gmail.com or any other provider.
