The VVF file format from your digital video recorder is proprietary and cannot be converted.
The solution I suggest is to install
My Screen Recorder on the PC that can view your VVF file. During playback, you can use My Screen Recorder to screen capture the video to a AVI file. Then you can view the file on any PC or burn to DVD and view on any video DVD player.
