How to make photo slideshow video smaller in size for web

I have a photo DVD slideshow that I converted to MPEG. It is 900mb. How can I convert this to make it smaller for web so I can upload it and show to people?

Try converting to the Windows Media Format. Choose the Profile Type as "WMV - For Windows Media Server - Streaming" and select a video that provides an output of 640x480 pixels. The Windows Media format is designed to make videos that are small in size and easily distributable.
