As I open up a saved project, I get an access violation message. As soon as I click "ok" on that message box, the Video Edit Magic automatically closes down.

Video Edit Magic uses XML for projects. The MSXML parser is used by Internet Explorer. For some reason, the MSXML parser might get corrupt. Opening project files in this case results in an Access Violation.

To fix this problem, re-install the latest version of Internet Explorer. This will re-create the MSXML parser. Also make sure that you using the latest version of Video Edit Magic.
