Team Task Manager 2.41

Troubleshooting

Having problem connecting to the Team Task Manager Server?

When you install the Team Task Manager Database Server, it needs the firebird service to be running in the background.  This allows other computers to connect to the database server within your network or across the Internet.  The firebird service listens for incoming connections on TCP Port 3050 and 3051.  If you are running standard Windows Firewall then the installer will automatically open these ports so that other computers can connect to it.  If you are running a firewall other than Windows Firewall, you will need to open up TCP Port 3050 and 3051 so as to allow incoming connection from other computers.
